Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PropVerity. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions (Pro & Advisor)

• Subscriptions are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or for periods in which the subscription was active but unused, except where required by law or at our discretion.

2. Report credits

• Report credits are one-time purchases. A credit is consumed when you open the corresponding report.
• Used credits are non-refundable. Viewing a report delivers the product, so credits spent on reports you have already opened cannot be refunded.
• Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the pack.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@propverity.com from the address associated with your account, including your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first - we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. If a charge is refunded or a payment dispute is opened, any report credits granted by that payment are automatically reversed, and related access may be suspended pending resolution.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. We may also grant refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion as a goodwill gesture, which does not create an obligation to do so in future.
