This policy explains PropVerity's payment and refund position during the waitlist beta. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy applies alongside our Terms of Service.

The public verification tools are currently waitlist-only. We do not collect card details or charge you for joining a waitlist. Because no waitlist payment is taken, there is currently no payment to refund.

1. Future paid services

Before accepting payment for a verification tool, report, subscription, or credit pack, we will publish the applicable price, delivery terms, cancellation process, refund conditions, and information about any statutory withdrawal rights. Those terms will not limit mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Unexpected charges

If you believe you have received an incorrect charge connected with PropVerity, contact us with the date, amount, and payment reference so we can investigate it promptly.
