The camera scanner

Camera access starts only after you choose Open camera and grant browser permission. Frames are processed temporarily on your device, without audio; our scanner does not upload or save those images. The decoded mark identifier is sent to our server to retrieve a card. The camera stops after recognition, when closed, or when the page is hidden. Browser permissions can also be revoked in your browser settings.

Signup abuse prevention

The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. When the form loads, Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals. When you submit, our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare and checks the result before saving your signup. We do not include your email or artwork preference in that verification request.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and database. Delivering and protecting the service involves technical request data such as IP addresses, request details and browser information. Our application uses time-bucketed IP-derived hashes to limit abusive requests. These hashes are pseudonymous, not guaranteed anonymous. We use our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and preventing abuse for proportionate security processing. An hourly maintenance job removes scanner-limit rows older than one hour and form/test-limit rows older than two hours, including when there are no visitors. Records may remain until the next successful maintenance run. Provider logs and backups have separate retention settings that still require review.

First-access emails

If you join the launch list, we collect your email, artwork preference, signup time and consent version, plus a removal-receipt hash. We use your consent for Edition 001 launch updates; you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. New signups are currently stored in the site database and are not sent to an email-delivery provider at signup because welcome emails are disabled. Joining is not an order or reservation. Use the original browser receipt or contact support to remove your signup. We delete signup details and related application mail metadata after 12 months from signup through hourly maintenance, or sooner when you unsubscribe or the launch list is closed and cleared. You can join again with fresh consent. This is not an automatic renewal. Provider logs and backups are handled separately.

Optional feedback

The feedback form collects artwork preference, purchase-interest answers, digital-card preferences, optional region and optional comments. Do not include names, contact details or sensitive information. It does not subscribe you to marketing. New feedback submissions are closed. Existing responses older than 90 days are removed by hourly maintenance, subject to a successful run. The basis for retaining any earlier identifiable feedback remains part of the operator review.

Requests and support correspondence

If you email us, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are processed to handle that request. A support message is not marketing consent. Mail to our support address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google. We use our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and legal obligations when handling statutory privacy requests. Support-mail retention, account safeguards and applicable provider arrangements remain under review. Please include only what is needed; never send identity documents or payment-card details through a general support message.

Earlier checkout tests

The development checkout uses Stripe in test mode. Public checkout is closed; a separate development preview permits simulated checkout tests. Earlier tests may have created a test order identifier, selected product and amount, payment-session reference, test issuance records and a hashed browser receipt in our database. Stripe may hold details entered on its hosted test checkout, including contact or delivery information. Test mode does not make real information anonymous. No real payment or production shipment is created by this integration. Provider and retention arrangements for earlier tests require operator review.

Processors and international handling

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security services and stores first-access signups. Welcome emails are currently disabled, so a new signup address is not sent to Resend at signup. If email delivery is enabled later, this notice will be updated before new processing begins. Support correspondence also passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail. These mail services are separate from the signup database; signup addresses are not automatically forwarded to Gmail. Cloudflare and Google may process information outside Sweden or the EEA under its applicable safeguards; we do not claim that all information remains in the EU.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can download your launch-list signup data or unsubscribe using Manage an existing signup with your browser receipt. This export covers the signup only. For correction or other records, use the contact details below. We handle statutory rights requests to meet our legal obligations and verify identity proportionately before disclosing data. You may complain to Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) or your competent data-protection authority. Requests normally require a response within one month, subject to lawful exceptions. No purchase decisions or ownership decisions are made from scanning the public demo.

Responsible operator — information being completed

The controller is Maryo Nano, a sole trader operating PropVerity in Sweden. Business contact address: Selma Lagerlöfs gata 6, 583 26 Linköping, Sweden. For privacy requests, email support@propverity.com; this mailbox is monitored. First-access email signups are open with your consent. Feedback and public checkout remain closed; a separate development preview is used for simulated tests. Existing records, support correspondence and website delivery still involve responsibilities for personal information. Processing and retention arrangements in this notice remain under review.
