Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PropVerity collects, uses, and protects your information when you use propverity.com and related services.
PropVerity (“PropVerity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the propverity.com website and the Dubai property verification and evidence service (the “Service”). This policy describes the personal data we process and your rights in relation to it. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
The due-diligence calculator runs in your browser. The property figures you enter to calculate results (such as price, size, rent, and payment plan) are processed locally on your device to show you results and to generate any worksheet PDF you download. They are not transmitted to or stored by us.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Waitlist data - your email address, selected tool, language, signup page, and consent timestamp when you ask to be notified about a beta tool.
- Account data - your email address, and the display name from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google) when you create an account.
- Organisation & team data - workspace name, team member invitations (email addresses), and roles.
- Branding (Advisor plan) - any company name, logo URL, and colour you choose for white-label reports.
Information we generate or collect automatically
- Usage data - which reports you view, saved projects, alerts you create, and report-credit activity, used to operate metering and your account.
- Billing data - your subscription status, plan, and a Stripe customer identifier. We do not store your card details; card data is processed directly by Stripe.
- API keys (Advisor plan) - stored only as a one-way hash; the secret value is shown to you once and never retained in readable form.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, and request logs generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
2. How we use your information
- To notify you about the specific beta tool whose waitlist you joined and show that status in your signed-in account.
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account.
- To process payments, subscriptions, and report credits.
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the property reports you view to build advertising profiles.
3. Service providers we share data with
We share limited personal data with trusted processors strictly to run the Service:
- Stripe - payment processing, subscriptions, and credit purchases.
- Supabase - authentication and database hosting.
- Cloudflare - application hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Google - only if you choose “Sign in with Google” (OAuth authentication).
- Anthropic - only when you use an AI drafting feature (such as the deal-desk tool): the text you submit is sent to Anthropic to generate the structured output and reply draft. Do not submit IDs, passports, or proof-of-funds documents. Anthropic processes the request to return a result and does not use it to train its models.
We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. International data transfers
PropVerity is operated from Sweden. Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in the European Economic Area and in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Data retention
We retain waitlist data until the relevant launch communications are complete or you ask us to delete it. We retain account, usage, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your rights” below); some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed secrets, scoped database access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the EU/UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We do not sell or “share” personal data as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@propverity.com; you can also manage much of your data directly from your account settings. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority (for example, the UAE Data Office, or your local EU/UK supervisory authority).
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
9. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
