Who handles your information?
The operator and data controller is Maryo Nano, sole trader operating PropVerity, Selma Lagerlöfs gata 6, 583 26 Linköping, Sweden. Contact support@propverity.com about your information or a privacy request.
Enquiries and client accounts.
We collect the details you submit: name, email, company, optional website and deadline, product, package and project objective. Client accounts also hold your profile, project briefs, feedback, approval history and any supported product-image uploads.
We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide your requested workspace. Sending an enquiry, creating an account or approving a brief does not itself place an order or take payment.
We process personal enquiries to take steps you request before entering a production agreement, and account information to provide the workspace you request. For company-representative contacts and service security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business requests and protecting the service.
Storage and access.
The website uses Cloudflare hosting. Enquiries, accounts and project records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; supported image uploads are held in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Client access to project records and image downloads requires an authenticated account and is limited to that account. The operator may access records as needed to handle enquiries and administer the service. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
Cloudflare processes website requests and related technical data to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare operates internationally, including in the United States. Its processing and international-transfer safeguards are described in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell your enquiry or account information.
Cookies and external services.
The workspace uses a necessary, secure session cookie to keep you logged in. It expires after eight hours or when you log out. Motion preferences may be remembered in your browser. This website does not add advertising pixels, external analytics or externally hosted fonts.
Enquiries are saved for review without an automated confirmation email. The website does not take payments or automatically submit your materials to AI production tools. Any confidential production material requires a separately agreed workflow before it is used.
Keeping and deleting information.
Account information remains until you delete your account or request removal. Deleting your account immediately removes active account records, sessions, projects, image-access records and feedback. Physical deletion of private image objects is attempted immediately and retried hourly if needed. Historical backups and recovery copies are separate from active records and remain subject to the hosting service’s configured retention. Enquiries submitted through the public contact form are separate and are not removed by account deletion.
Contact-form enquiries are retained to review and handle your request. Hourly cleanup deletes enquiry records when they are more than 90 days old. You can request earlier deletion by contacting the studio. Records needed for an agreed production, accounting or a legal obligation may be handled separately under the applicable project agreement.
Your requests.
Contact support@propverity.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity if necessary before acting on a request. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, about a data-protection concern.
