A better brief.
A clearer AI ad.

Choose one product, one message and one next step. Then plan the generated scenes and the checks that keep the product recognisable.

What is an AI-generated video ad?

AI video tools create moving scenes from prompts, references or an agreed visual direction. The finished ad also needs a concept, editing, captions, sound and human quality control. A camera move applied to a still image is a different technique; it should be identified as an animated-still study.

For a first production, a focused product idea is easier to approve and evaluate than several competing messages.

1. Choose a message you can show.

Write one sentence describing what viewers should remember. For a vase, it could be the effect on a table arrangement. Do not invent claims about material, sustainability or performance without evidence. The scene does not need to repeat every detail on the product page.

2. Gather references and rights.

Prepare clean product images from several angles, close-ups of important details and a product link. Add your logo, colours and permitted fonts. Confirm the rights to use supplied images, voices, music and people in the intended advertising channels.

Resemblance alone is not enough. Compare generated frames against the approved references: proportions, labels, colour, packaging and function. Watch the whole shot for changes over time, rather than checking only its first frame.

3. Give each shot one coherent action.

A useful generation brief says what moves, what stays fixed and how the action unfolds. For a fictional vase, that might be a gentle curtain movement while the vase remains stable. For a real lamp, any switching or light change must be a feature supported by the product.

Keep complicated mechanisms and precise demonstrations out of the first brief until feasibility has been tested. Generated scenes that distort the product should be rejected rather than hidden by an attractive edit.

4. Separate the hook from the concept.

A hook is the opening. A concept is the overall idea and story. A detail shot, an interior scene and a short text opening can lead into the same core ad. Three openings do not mean three independent productions.

The packages define original concepts, opening versions, exports and revision rounds.

5. Plan formats and review on a phone.

Tell the studio where the ad will run before approving the storyboard. Product Spotlight is planned in 9:16; Product Story also includes 1:1. Current platform requirements need checking before export.

Review the complete draft on a real phone. Check caption readability, visible product details and whether the message makes sense without sound. Bring changes together in one list with a reason for each change.

A short fictional brief.

Product: a vase with approved reference views.
Audience: people looking for a simple home accessory.
Message: one detail changes the table’s atmosphere.
Scene: a stable vase while daylight and a nearby curtain move gently.
Channel: vertical social video.
Next step: visit the product page.
Reject: altered proportions, invented product claims and inconsistent details between frames.

This is a fictional planning example, not client work or evidence of a performance improvement.

What should you measure after publishing?

Define the goal before advertising and use actual campaign data. Compare creative versions with context: audience, budget, placement, offer and dates. One strong result does not prove that an ad always produces the same outcome.

Propverity Studio’s packages concern professional product video production using AI-generated moving scenes and human editing. Media buying and campaign management are separate. Assess production quality and campaign performance with their respective evidence.
